• One-Time Payment: Membership requires a one-time fee of $400, granting full access to all features.
• Non-Transferable: Your membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

As a member, you may:

• Create and manage your profile
• Post content (advice, listings, events, etc.)
• Interact with other members
• Promote services or yachts in a respectful and professional manner

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Harass or spam other members

3. Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of the content you post.
• By publishing on LuxYachtClub, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform for visibility and engagement.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Membership is a one-time fee.
• Due to the nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the community, with or without prior notice.

 

6. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we take security seriously.

 

7. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform active and stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve over time.

LuxYachtClub is not responsible for:

• Transactions or agreements made between members
• Content posted by users
• Any indirect or incidental damages
